In March of this year I had a routine visit with my doctor. He ran a lipid panel test. When I received the results I made a decision to make some life changes, specifically to lower my triglycerides. I learned high triglycerides could increase my risk of stroke and heart disease.
One of my dreams is to dance at my granddaughters’s weddings so I took action.
In September my doctor ran another lipid panel test. My triglycerides fell from 321 in March to 138 in September. According to my research a level below 150 is good.
I also improved my health in other ways. I’ll share more when the first new group member responds to my post.
Hint, weight and blood pressure.
